Our 1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Most contractors mention a warranty. We publish ours — the whole thing, before you've spent a dime — because a warranty you can't read isn't a warranty at all.
What's Covered
For one year from the date of completion, we will repair or replace, at no cost to you, work that exhibits defects in workmanship, including:
- Structural cracking with vertical displacement or gap width greater than 1/4 inch resulting from defects in workmanship
- Major scaling, spalling, or surface pop-outs caused by improper finishing or curing practices
- Settlement or heaving directly attributable to improper base preparation
- Improper drainage slope where the approved design called for positive drainage
- Failure to install control joints at proper spacing
What's Not Covered
Concrete is a natural material with known behaviors no contractor can prevent. Consistent with industry standards, this warranty excludes:
- Hairline and minor surface cracks (less than 1/4 inch in width or displacement) — normal characteristics of concrete
- Color variation, discoloration, or staining, including variation between pours
- Damage caused by deicing salts or chemicals applied to the surface
- Damage from loads exceeding the design use (e.g., heavy trucks on a passenger-vehicle driveway)
- Cracking or movement caused by soil conditions beyond our control, tree roots, erosion, or plumbing/utility leaks
- Damage from acts of God, including flood, earthquake, and extreme weather events
- Work modified or repaired by others
How a Claim Works
- Tell us in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue — an email to connect@bamconcreteok.com with a photo is perfect.
- We come look — fast. We'll inspect the issue in person, usually within a week, and tell you plainly whether it's a workmanship defect or normal concrete behavior.
- If it's on us, we fix it. Repair or replacement of the affected work at no cost, scheduled promptly. No fine-print fight, no disappearing act.

What a professional controls is where and how much: proper base preparation prevents settlement cracking, reinforcement holds any cracks tight, and control joints direct shrinkage into clean, straight lines you'll never notice. That's the difference between hairline lines hidden in a joint and a jagged crack through the middle of your patio — and it's exactly what our warranty and our build standards are designed around.
